We hope you're able to stay home and hunker down indoors. You may want to consider changing your plans to avoid hazardous travel conditions.

If you find yourself needing assistance, here are some important things to keep in mind.

Limitations to keep in mind

We'll do our absolute best to get to you, but like all drivers, we must respect any driving bans that may be in place. Our trucks may not be able to access unplowed roads.

There's an app for that

You can request roadside service through the AAA app. Download it here. You can also make a request on our website or by calling 1-800-AAA-HELP.

While you're waiting

If it is safe to do so, brush off your car before we arrive. If you go off the road, remain calm and stay in your car with your seat belt on. Call 911 if you're in an emergency situation.

Patience, please

A lot of people call AAA during a snowstorm. Use the app or website to avoid being put on hold. We may need to prioritize calls so we can assist members in dangerous conditions.
